Bill's

Visiting friends at various universities around the country gives the perfect opportunity to discover new places to eat. Well lets face it, any excuse and I'll be in a new restaurant digging into the special of the day and trust me, if I could eat out every meal time I would.

The morning after the night before arose and we were desperately in need for some comfort food. Being 22 now we're obviously far too grown up for the likes of McDonalds and Domino's pfff who am I kidding?, so instead of lying in self pity under a duvet watching the latest episode of Grey's Anatomy (which naturally we did after brunch), we decided to brave the new day and head out for an absolutely gorgeous brunch at Bath's Bills

Think Carluccio meets Cath Kidston and ends up in Lewes. Kitsch decor and home made produce, we all couldn't wait to sink our teeth into a hearty breakfast to cure a matter of sins.

Just look at that menu.
It was way too hard to not order it all.

Bill's is the perfect place for brunch, lunch, date night you name it and its got it covered. I wanted to stay all day. And don't worry guys, you don't have to head down to Bath to get a cheeky bite, just check out their website (click here) and see if any of the 19 locations are closer to you. Can't wait to go with my girlies to the Soho branch. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend!

Cosy Club

The Cosy Club in Bath's town centre is the perfect place for any occasion whether it be a causal drink, full scale dinner or a delicious hangover cure. Slightly quirky and eccentric, the cosy club offers a wonderful environment for friends, family and loved ones.

Think gentleman's club meets meets Cath Kidston. Yes I know that does sound like a bizarre combination, but trust me its a winner.

The girls and I popped in for a quick nibble and much needed hangover cure after a fantastic night out in Bath's new cocktail lounge The Ivy. With some of us feeling better than others, we had a rather eclectic order including a good old G&T (rather belated hair of the dog), skin on fries and a big brunch feast. But by George it certainly hit the spot.

Sitting in the cosy lounge which is made up by a whole range of era's including a mixture of tables & dining chairs, battered old club armchairs, and sleek 1930's sofa, I just wanted to curl up in one of the sofa's and play scrabble all afternoon but London was calling.

The whole place was looking rather festive and I couldn't help but have a little play with the shutter speed on my camera.

Nicky's skin on fries were to die for. I couldn't help but steal a few before she drowned them in vinegar.

Talbot opted for some homemade houmous with freshly baked ciabatta.

I went for the egg and bacon stack which was certainly was what the doctor ordered. Layers of french toast and smoked bacon drizzled with lashings of maple syrup. Yes please!

What I'm Wearing: Topshop Collar, Topshop Jumper, Dorothy Perkins Super Skinny Jeans & Nike Dunk High-Tops (personalised by Nike iD).

If you're around in Bath and looking for somewhere yummy to eat then make sure to visit Cosy Club. If its just a  quick bite then no need to book for the lounge, but if your planning a big do then be sure to book for the restaurant as it gets pretty booked up (book online here)Hope you all have a great weekend!
