Sundays are the perfect occasion to do absolutely nothing, which is exactly what I've done a whole lot of today. Catching up on some of my favourite blogs, showing off my new designs on social media platforms and coming up with some styling ideas for my new range of limited editions t-shirts whilst having a massive movie day snuggled under a duvet on the sofa. A pretty perfect Sunday if you ask me. Barneys have opted for a slightly different Christmas campaign this year with a collaboration with Disney. Along with a video featuring Minnie Mouse having a fantastical fashion adventure in Paris, Barneys have also launched an exclusive window display in their flagship New York store to promote this magical collaboration.
I must have seen this video at least 20 times now as I just cannot get enough. Two of my favourite things fashion & Disney, together on a Christmas campaign, in one of my favourite cities and stores in the whole wide world, need I ask for more?
Watching Minnie's adventures all over Paris are simply what all aspiring fashionista's dreams are made of; photographed by Steven Misel, make-up touched up by Pat McGrath and rubbing shoulders with fashions elite including Sarah Jessica Parker, Lady Gaga, Naomi Campbell, Suzy Menkes, Franca Sozzani, Anna Dello Russo, Sarah Jessica Parker, Daphne Guiness amongst others, you couldn't ask for more.
