Snowy Sunday at St Albans Abbey

For me, there is nothing better than a big ol'brunch on a Sunday morning and my one of favourite breakfast spots in town is Carluccio. I'm not sure whether it's because there are always tonnes of us when we eat out, or just the fact that we are greedy pigs, but either way we managed to order almost everything off both the cake and breakfast menus last Sunday. Well just look at that food, how could you possibly resist!?

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Fur Hat & Gillet, Zadig & Voltaire Sweater, Levi's Jeans & Hunter Wellies.

Isn't it funny how we travel far and wide to see the beautiful architecture of the world; the Notre Dame in Paris, the Basilica Cattedrale Patriarcale di San Marco, but we forget the beauties that we have right on our door step. St Albans Abbey is one of the largest Cathedrals in the country and dates all the way back to the Norman's. Already a glorious building  and with the addition of a light dusting of snow, doesn't it just look beautiful.

Lazy Sundays

On a Sunday you've got to always start the day off right with a scrumdidliumcious brunch. Whether it be the perfect hangover cure, a girlie catch up or a lazy morning with the family, Carluccio's is always my point of call. Getting a last minute booking at the packed to the brim St Albans branch we feasted, Italian style, on the gorgeously rich coffee and finger licking good Coliazone Magnifica. What I'm Wearing: Topshop Embelished Sweater, ASOS Mongolian Gilet, Topshop Leigh Jeans, Russell & Bromley Loafers, Dolce & Gabbana Glasses, Michael Kors Bag & Watch, Links of London Bracelets & Tiffany & Co. Love Square Ring.

Having a rather late night to bid farewell to my gorgeous friend Nadia, I needed the comfort and squishiness of angora and faux fur to get me through the morning after the night before. This super soft sweater was such a steal, coming in at a mere £16 from the original price of £50, the Topshop gods were seriously on my side. I'm not one for sale shopping usually, but when you manage to pick up bargains like this I can always turn the other cheek. I've got some more amazing pieces to show you all from my sales haul, promise to update you all soon. Have you guys managed to get any great bargains?
