Sunday

Skort

What I'm Wearing: Gap Boyfriend Shirt, Zara Asymmetric Skort, Elkin Bracelets & Michael Kors Bag.

Sunday's are my favourite day of the week (click here). The one day of the week to catch up with friends, put on your comfiest clothes, snuggle into a deck chair in the garden and delve into that book you been meaning to start all week. This little geddup is my perfect Sunday attire. A boyfriend shirt from yesteryear and this skirt/shorts number from Zara which has been their best seller for the past few months. Who would have thought if you you throw two mismatch flaps over the top of shorts it would fly off the shelves like hotcakes? Oh those designers at Inditex have seriously got it going on.

Saturday

Portobello

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Headscarf, MissGuided Jacket, Brandy Melville Ingrid Dress & Topshop Boots.

Browsing through Portobello in my "weather can't decide if its summer or winter" outfit, I couldn't help but twirl and swirl around when the sun finally decided to burst through gloomy rain clouds. This little number from Brandy Melville has been sitting in my closet just looking at me for the past couple of weeks, and I'm so glad I finally got to take it out for a spin to show it off in all it's backless glory. Styling a girlie dress with tomboyish accessories is such a favourite of mine. Off to Piccadilly Institute tonight to celebrate my friends birthday, cannot wait to have a good ol'boogie.

Thursday

Comme Des Filles

This is the resultant effect of far too much coffee and being on a stand at GFW for far too many hours. A sort of hyper crazed state ensues in which all I want to do is dance around with a huge Cheshire cat grin on my face - absolutely loving life. Ridiculously excited when this tee came through my door earlier this week. A girlish cheeky spin on the iconic CDG Play logo, hello winner! MISBHV are a cult street style brand with a 'don't care what anyone thinks' sort of attitude, and in the words of MISBHV "wherever you are, we want you to misbehave and act forever young" - a belief by which I certainly live by.

Saturday

Summer Knit

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Oversized Knit Tank via Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville Bralet, Karl Alley Vogue Hat via Nasty Gal, Free People Shorts & Isabel Marant Sneakers

Guys, let me just start by apologising for disappearing off the face of the earth for the last few weeks. After finishing my degree, I have just been spending all my time in shops, cafes, bars, restaurants... my new found freedom has rather taken over. Having no work and no responsibilities whilst I'm still up in Leeds is just amazing! Spending the whole day prepping for the summer ball today. A fun-fair filled night awaits to celebrate the past amazing 4 years at University, then heading straight back to London for Graduate Fashion Week. Oh what a schedule. Life's quite great sometimes, isn't it?

Wednesday

Tiger In The Grass

Despite the ever impending deadlines and the 'fear' not quite kicking in yet, I decided to spent a few well deserved hours "working" in the sunshine. At last summer has hit this awfully rain stricken country, so naturally I had to take advantage and go and get as much Vit D as possible in my little tan sesh. What better to wear then these little skimpy numbers from MissGuided. I've had these shorts for a while now and due to their decidedly tininess they're really only holiday appropriate, but I suppose sunning myself in the front garden will have to do for now. Despite my little tanning effort I decided to come in and smother myself in extra dark St Tropez tan, well after all, if the sun wont make me brown a bottle will have to do!

Tuesday

Celine Me Alone

What I'm Wearing: SUPERCALAFASHIONISTIC Celine Me Alone Tee, Vintage Levi's, Marni Shoes, Zara Necklace & Kenzo iPhone case.

Isn't the magic hour just perfect. Absolutely worked my socks off yesterday finishing off my photography project (click here to have a peek) and only managed to venture out to take these snaps in the evening. Long were the days that it was pitch black at 4, so happy to have a good full 12 hours of beautiful sunshine even if it is still cold. Sorry for my lack of posts recently, been obscenely busy with a million and one deadlines - 4th year is an absolute killer. I must dash, more work to do. Have a cheeky listen to the Colette playlist (click here) literally the only thing getting me through this work mountain.

Saturday

The New Icons

What I'm Wearing: H&M The New Icons Tee & Trousers, Topshop Boots & SUPERCALAFASHIONISTIC Snapback.

My little sister went to France, and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt. No, I'm only joking Rae. I love it!
H&M have recently launched a new collection featuring and inspired by the "new icons", including Daphne Groeneveld, Lindsey Wixson, Liu Wen and Joan Smalls. The new breed of international stunners who are undoubtedly following in the footsteps of Naomi, Kate, Christie,  Linda, Cindy who - not so many years ago - donned the titles of the world's first supermodels. H&M are however having a different approach then just simply showing off who they deem the new supermodels are, but stating the fact that anyone can be an icon.

Whether or not you realise, you all have people who look up to you. Perhaps a younger sister, or a classmate or even a colleague, we are all icons in our own right and with a little thanks to H&M for reminding us all, you have the full right to walk a little taller and have that big grin on your face this weekend, knowing that somewhere, to somebody you are an icon.

PS. If you haven't already done so, make sure you head over to my online store (click here) to get your hands on some SUPERCALAFASHIONISTIC goodness. Got my online store all up and running now (click here to check it out) so thought I would give you all a little look into my collection shoot. I am so excited to share these all with you, super soft tees, sweatshirts and beanies all with vinyl printed slogans, I literally have been wearing a different tee everyday since they've come in.

After seeing all the parody logo's floating around tumblr and pinterest - especially Brian Lichtenburg's Homies South Central tee which I just adore -, I decided to create a Hermes inspired London version featuring our iconic mini amongst the traditional horse and cart silhouette. What do you all think?
