Sundays are the perfect occasion to do absolutely nothing, which is exactly what I've done a whole lot of today. Catching up on some of my favourite blogs, showing off my new designs on social media platforms and coming up with some styling ideas for my new range of limited editions t-shirts whilst having a massive movie day snuggled under a duvet on the sofa. A pretty perfect Sunday if you ask me. After my first load of tee's (click here) proved to be pretty damn popular all over the world, sending off packages left right and centre, I decided to come up with a new collection of limited edition pieces, which have just hit my online store today (click here). Polyvore is my favourite site for outfit building and styling inspiration, so where better to show off my new pieces? Check out the rest of my sets on Polyvore (click here)

Portobello

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Headscarf, MissGuided Jacket, Brandy Melville Ingrid Dress & Topshop Boots.

Browsing through Portobello in my "weather can't decide if its summer or winter" outfit, I couldn't help but twirl and swirl around when the sun finally decided to burst through gloomy rain clouds. This little number from Brandy Melville has been sitting in my closet just looking at me for the past couple of weeks, and I'm so glad I finally got to take it out for a spin to show it off in all it's backless glory. Styling a girlie dress with tomboyish accessories is such a favourite of mine. Off to Piccadilly Institute tonight to celebrate my friends birthday, cannot wait to have a good ol'boogie.

Fountain

What I'm Wearing: Whistles Claudine Sweater, Gap Splatter Jeans, New Balance Custom 574's.

Yesterday, my gorgeous friend Roni & I trotted off to Somerset House to take a cheeky look at the Treasure Exhibition (got tonnes of photos and a ridiculously long list of new jewellery designers that you NEED to know about - post coming soon). Stepping off the the tube and into this glorious sunshine was certainly not expected - hence my rather winter-esque attire. But with the help of an ice coffee and a splash in the fountains, I managed to cool off. Running through the fountains at Somerset House make me feel like such a kid. It is safe to say that I do rather suffer from Peter Pan syndrome and never ever want to grow up, but the rush of not knowing when the fountains are going to go off is just so exhilarating. London in the sun is just amazing!

I'm off to Battersea Boot tomorrow after a gigantic wardrobe clear out. Hundreds of clothes, shoes and accessories will be available at absolute bargain prices, if you're around you should certainly stop by!

Isabel Marant for H&M

YES, it is true! H&M have just released news of their greatest collaboration yet. Isabel Marant, queen of Parisian chic effortless style is due to design an affordable line for Swedish retailer H&M which launches in 250 stores worldwide and online on November 14th.

“H&M works with the best designers, and this invitation is an exciting honour.

Not only will Marant be designing a signature line of casual wear pieces with her iconic rock'n'roll x boho french spirit, she will also be designing her very first menswear line too.

“I aim at creating something real–something women want to wear in their everyday lives–with a certain carefree style. I think this is very Parisian: You dress up, but don’t pay too much attention to it, and you still look sexy. The collection is infused with this kind of easiness and attitude. Everything can be combined following one’s own instincts, and my take on fashion is all about personality. I really tried to do the essence of my style, it’s an ideal wardrobe that you can do a lot with.”

As a huge Marant fan, I am counting down the days to stock up on timeless wardrobe basics, accessories, at a fraction of the price of her usual collection.

Sunday

Sunday is my favourite day of the week. A day to do anything you want or completely nothing at all. My Sunday's are usually spent with the family off on a walk somewhere, frolicking through the countryside or heading into my hometown and absolutely favourite part of London, Hampstead. Standing at the tippy top of Parliament Hill you feel on top of the world. London's skyline is so dramatically different from New York where the rows of skyscrapers are intertwined with more skyscrapers. From the highest point in London, the city's most iconic buildings can be seen; the Shard, Gerkin, BT Tower... all visible together from the top of the hill that got its claim to fame in the "kite-flying" scene at the end of Mary Poppins. A glorious evening can only mean that we've got a great week to come. Hope you've all had a great weekend!

Thursday

Comme Des Filles

This is the resultant effect of far too much coffee and being on a stand at GFW for far too many hours. A sort of hyper crazed state ensues in which all I want to do is dance around with a huge Cheshire cat grin on my face - absolutely loving life. Ridiculously excited when this tee came through my door earlier this week. A girlish cheeky spin on the iconic CDG Play logo, hello winner! MISBHV are a cult street style brand with a 'don't care what anyone thinks' sort of attitude, and in the words of MISBHV "wherever you are, we want you to misbehave and act forever young" - a belief by which I certainly live by.

Book Of Skulls

Photo's courtesy of Praline

Ever since a young age I have been a huge fan of skulls. Now not in the somber, obsessed with death sort of way but more of an appreciation of its progression to become one of today's most recognisable symbols of visual contemporary landscape.

Whether its Mayan sculptures, shrunken heads, or sugar skulls, modern society have recreated them into pendants, artwork and jewellery adopted across the full spectrum of the industry from Alexander McQueen's iconic knuckle clutch to Wilfox's skeleton print sweater. Although nowadays it seems as though the skull as an iconic symbol has been around for ever, it wasn't until the 1970's that the skull becomes an icon for post-modern society. Unlike other more conventional symbols, the skull is used to set you apart from the crowd and break boundaries in main stream fashion.

Spending the last few days at GFW and nosing around all the stands, I stumbled upon the 'Book of Skulls' by Faye Dowling at one of the book retailers. Packed full of illustrations, drawings and photographs I can't wait to use it as a source of inspiration for my next graphic tee designs.

Bound in a skeleton like binding the book draws together today's most iconic cultural symbol in the form of fashion, street art, graphic design and music, from Damien Hirst's diamond skull to skeletal emblazon dinner wear, the book is the ultimate collection of skulls from the unusual and alluring to the iconic and the down right bizarre.

Wednesday

Urban Jungle

What I'm Wearing: Topshop Leaf Print Shorts & Top, Tahlia's Closet Necklace & Gap Designer Edition Wedges.

Following on from last years pyjama suit trend, Topshop has created their very own summery two piece complete with all over leaf print. Finally tracking this little ensemble down in about the 5th store I had to go into, I couldn't wait to show it off in the beautiful summer sunshine. Channelling Mowgli from the Jungle Book, I headed to my second day of GFW at London's Earls Court to take the recruiters by storm.

Monday

White

What I'm Wearing: Zara Leather/Mesh Tank & Skort

So today's been rather exciting, not only am I officially back in London for good wayhay, but it was my first day at Graduate Fashion Week. A fun filled day packed full of shows, talks and endless endless portfolios. The level of work across all of the UK's Universities is outrageously fantastic this year, I felt like almost hiding my portfolio away from the Leeds University stand due to it's rather unworthy status I wish I was joking. Cannot wait to share with you all some of the amazing pieces I snapped today, may just have to head to the "bloggers bar" at GFW tomorrow to try and cut down the ridiculous amount of photo's I took. After putting in almost a 10 hour stint at the stand, it is safe to say that I am absolutely shattered. Time to cuddle up in bed with an episode of Mad Men on my iPad.

Saturday

Summer Knit

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Oversized Knit Tank via Urban Outfitters, Brandy Melville Bralet, Karl Alley Vogue Hat via Nasty Gal, Free People Shorts & Isabel Marant Sneakers

Guys, let me just start by apologising for disappearing off the face of the earth for the last few weeks. After finishing my degree, I have just been spending all my time in shops, cafes, bars, restaurants... my new found freedom has rather taken over. Having no work and no responsibilities whilst I'm still up in Leeds is just amazing! Spending the whole day prepping for the summer ball today. A fun-fair filled night awaits to celebrate the past amazing 4 years at University, then heading straight back to London for Graduate Fashion Week. Oh what a schedule. Life's quite great sometimes, isn't it?
