90's Varsity

What I'm Wearing: Gap Plaid Shirt, Customised Vintage Varsity Jacket, +Topshop Embellished Mom Jeans, American Apparel Leotard.

Flash back to the 90's much? Jazzy mom jeans, varsity jackets and plaid shirts I feel as though I'm dressing as my former 10yr old self, just with a tad more sass. I've been umming and ahhing about these jeans since I bought them from the Topshop Flagship on Oxford Circus. Are they wearable enough? Are they flattering enough? But chucking them on with some super casual pieces I just fell in love. Who can resist a bit of sparkle, after all my friends do describe me as somewhat of a magpie. Anything with sequins glitter or studs and I'm drawn straight to it with an almost compelled feeling to purchase said item. Anyway enough of my ridiculous shopping habits, I'm off to try out a new restaurant tonight with my friend Geneva. Burnt Orange

What I'm wearing: H&M Burnt Orange Cropped Sweater, Zara High Waisted Leggings, ASOS Pointed Stud Leather Collar, H&M Envelope Clutch & Kurt Geiger 'Vera' Boots.

Orange is my absolute favourite colour and if I could wear it all year round, trust me I would. Burnt orange is one of those perfect colours for this Autumn season. The colour of the falling leaves, the low sun setting in the evening, the warm glow of the fire on cold nights. It just reminds me of all things warm and toasty and sometimes you need a warm colour to heat up those cold days. This jumper from H&M is so easy to throw on over anything and it comes in about a million colours to match every look. Teaming it with a collar and boots - absolute leather essentials for this season - gives it that tough edge which I am certainly going to need this evening at the big Varsity game. Leeds University vs Leeds Met in the biggest rugby grudge match of the year. I've got on my cheering gear and I am ready to chant the night away.
